Wholesale Pharmaceutical Distribution

Fortdelis Pharma LLC is seeking an experienced Designated Representative (DR) to oversee regulatory compliance and operations for our wholesale pharmaceutical distribution company. Our secure, gated warehouse facility is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and our company is dedicated to providing pharmaceutical products and medical supplies exclusively to local, state, and federal government agencies while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, integrity, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3+ Years Experience In:

› Wholesale pharmaceutical distribution
› Pharmaceutical manufacturing
› Pharmacy operations
› Other regulated healthcare environments

Thorough Knowledge Of:

› FDA Regulations
› DEA Regulations (controlled substance experience preferred)
› Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA)
› Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
› Utah wholesale pharmaceutical licensing requirements

Experience With:

› Pharmaceutical receiving and distribution
› Inventory control and warehouse management
› Quality Assurance (QA) and regulatory inspections
› SOP development and implementation
› Product recalls, returns, and quarantine procedures
› Temperature-controlled pharmaceutical storage
› Regulatory documentation and recordkeeping

Position Responsibilities

As Fortdelis Pharma's Designated Representative, you will:

Serve as the company's licensed Designated Representative
Ensure compliance with all applicable FDA, DEA, DSCSA, Utah, and federal regulations
Maintain regulatory documentation and required records
Oversee warehouse operations and inventory integrity
Prepare for and assist during regulatory inspections
Support company growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality

Employment Conditions

Employment is contingent upon:

Successfully passing all required background checks
Successfully passing fingerprinting
Meeting all Utah licensing requirements for a Designated Representative
Approval of Fortdelis Pharma LLC's Utah Class C Pharmaceutical Wholesaler License
Approval of the company's DEA Registration
Commencement of operations upon receipt of our initial inventory of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies

The selected candidate will begin employment once licensing approvals have been received and inventory has been delivered to our Salt Lake City warehouse.
